The Van Rijn Group has access to its own cold stores in cooperation with Varekamp Coldstores, established in 1953, and since 1993 a member of the Van Rijn Group. Varekamp Coldstores is strategically located between the Dutch airport Schiphol and the harbours of Rotterdam.
Varekamp has about 7.000 pallet positions and uses it’s own 3D location system. This offers efficiency at the highest level, where the warehouse management system can manage your inventory and the bonded- warehouse activities with barcodes. The barcode information is processed and updated in real time, ensuring your order is processed quickly and efficiently with fully traceable 24/7.
